Last updated: October 2026

1. We respect copyright

ABugFreeMind.com (Look Like Fred Limited, company number 07013145), 8 Mallett Close, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 1JE, United Kingdom ("we", "us") respects the intellectual property of others and expects the people who use our websites to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied on this site in a way that infringes your copyright, please tell us using the procedure below. We follow it for notices under the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and for notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Where to send a notice

Service provider: ABugFreeMind.com. Send your notice through our support suite (the quickest route) or by post to the address above, marked "Copyright notice".

3. What your notice must contain

To be effective, a notice of claimed infringement must be in writing and include:

  • a statement that you are the owner of the exclusive right you claim has been infringed, or that you are authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
  • a statement, made in good faith and, for a DMCA notice, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate;
  • your signature (an electronic signature is fine);
  • identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (if there are several, one notice with a list is enough);
  • identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information (for example the page address) for us to find it;
  • enough information for us to contact you: your name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and, if you are not the owner, the owner's contact details too;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

4. What we will do

We will respond to every complete notice promptly. If content on this site is yours and is being used without your permission, we will remove it or disable access to it once notified, and tell the person who posted it, who may send a counter-notice. Knowingly making a false claim of infringement may make you liable for damages, so please check your claim before sending it.

5. Our own content

The books, audio, free exercise, videos, text and images on this site are our copyright or used with permission. If you want to quote or reuse any of it beyond what the law allows for personal use, please ask through the support suite first.
