Anti-Spam Policy

We only email people who asked us to.

What we promise about the emails we send, what we will not allow our services to be used for, and how to report spam.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Our commitment

ABugFreeMind.com (Look Like Fred Limited, company number 07013145), 8 Mallett Close, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 1JE, United Kingdom ("we", "us") does not send unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email (spam), and does not allow our websites, emails or services (the "Services") to be used to send it. This policy applies to every ABugFreeMind.com website and service that displays or links to it.

2. The emails we send

We only email people who have asked us to: by requesting the free Manifest $75 exercise or the free chapters, by buying the books, or by opening a support ticket. Every marketing email we send carries our name and postal address and an unsubscribe link that works with one click. If you unsubscribe we stop, and we keep only enough of your details to make sure we do not email you again. Order confirmations, download links and replies to your tickets are sent because you asked for them and are not marketing. This is how we comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR; our Privacy Policy explains how your email address is used and kept.

3. What you may not do

You may not use the Services to send spam, or deliver spam to the Services or to our customers. Email sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

  • use or contain invalid or forged headers;
  • use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;
  • employ any technique to misrepresent, hide or obscure any information identifying the point of origin or the transmission path;
  • use other means of deceptive addressing;
  • use a third party's internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without the third party's permission;
  • contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;
  • otherwise breach our Terms & Conditions.

We do not authorise the harvesting, mining or collection of email addresses or other information from or through the Services. We do not permit anyone to use the Services to collect, compile or obtain information about our customers or subscribers, including their email addresses, which are our confidential information. Nor do we permit any attempt to use the Services in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair them, or interfere with anyone else's use of them.

4. What we do about it

If we believe the Services are being used improperly we may, without notice, take whatever action we consider appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular domain, mail server or IP address and closing any account connected with email that breaches this policy. Nothing in this policy grants anyone a right to send email to or through the Services, and not enforcing it in one case does not waive our right to enforce it in another. Sending unsolicited email in breach of this policy may expose the sender, and anyone assisting them, to civil, criminal or regulatory penalties.

5. Reporting spam

If you receive an email you believe was sent in breach of this policy, or that claims to be from us and is not, please tell us through our support suite, with the full email including its headers if you can.
