How do I download the free chapters? Once you give us your name and email address we send you an email with links and password. This email can take up to 15 minutes to arrive but it should arrive quicker than that, if you have not received it then check your spam/junk filter. My password does not work, Why? If you have copied the password correctly then the only reason for it not to work is you hit the enter key rather than clicking the "Click Here" button. How do I download the free audio chapters? Just like the free physical chapters, the audio links are sent to you in an email along with the password. When you click on one of the buy now buttons on our website, you are taken to a page to review your order, here you can either change your order or continue onto the payment page. If you have a discount code please make sure you add this here and click on the apply button as mistakes cannot be refunded later. Once you have filled in your details and payment information, click on the submit order button and follow the onscreen instructions. If successful you will be taken to a thank you page and your books will be dispatched the next working day. Do I pay for shipping and handling? Yes, we charge shipping and handling for all physical products, this varies from country to country and details of the cost can be found on the payment page. How long do the books take to arrive? We aim to dispatch all physical books the next working day and we expect them to be delivered within 5 working days, but postal services around the world can vary so it can take between 14 - 21 days for some to arrive, once they leave us we are in the hands of the postal service. We use standard parcel delivery for UK deliveries and air mail for all over seas. The book sets do not fit through a letter box so there needs to be someone in to accept delivery unless you have an arrangement with your postal delivery company. If no one is in when they are delivered and no arrangement has been made, a card is normally left explaining where the parcel is/will be and how to arrange re delivery or collection. We do not use tracking numbers. How do I order the audio books? Ordering the audio books is very similar to ordering the physical books, except after the payment has been confirmed, we will send you an email with how to download them along with the password. How do I download the audio books? After you have made the purchase we will send you an email confirming the purchase and another with download details and your password. You will need to download the files and unzip them before being able to play them. How do I sign up for the membership site? You can join the site via numerous web pages like www.abugfreemind.com/buy and after payment you will be taken to a page to set up your membership and complete the sign up details, please remember to add a photo at this point as it will make your account more readable to others. Am I signing up for any recurring payments? Yes, the membership site is charged on a recurring basis, depending on what you have purchased your card will be billed either every 30 days or 365 days until cancelled by you or payment fails. How often is my credit card billed? The membership site is chargeable either every 30 days or 365 days unless stated on the sales page, once the payment date is reached the system will bill the card on file and send you an email, if the payment fails the system will try a further two times before your account is closed. How do I access the membership area? Please send us a support ticket via www.abugfreemind.com/help and request cancellation, please include the current site email address and the current site password, once the pre paid time has been reached your access will be closed. Are there any costs when I request a membership cancellation? No, we do not charge you to cancel, we close the recurring billing and your account will close once the pre paid time has been reached, at this point your access to the site will be blocked. How do I return a book set for a refund? We hope you will not want to return any of our products, but in the case of the physical books you will need to return them to the address shown on www.abugfreemind.com/contact along with the email address and order ID of your purchase and providing the books are not overly damaged we will refund the purchase price of the books. We do not refund or pay for shipping as per our terms and conditions. |
